There are two types of assessment that are frequently used in recruitment & selection:

 

- Ability Tests

This type of assessment is used to determine the candidate's level of ability in a certain area - eg Numerical Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning. The results are expressed in relation to a norm group (usually made up of others in a similar job) which enables you to easily rank candidates.

These tests are always timed. Ability tests start from just £25.00

 

- Personality Tests

This type of assessment will give an indication of likely behaviours under different conditions and will help determine whether an individual will fit into the culture of an organisation as well as whether they have the characteristics required for the job role... nobody wants an extravert lighthouse keeper!  

 

These tests are not timed. Personality tests start from just £75.00
